Both barns have year-round water and electricity; the newer barn has a wonderful and enormous insulated workshop with a woodstove. This barn is long enough to store 4 vehicles (and/or a boat) on its concrete floor as it is double deep. the walk-up loft is clear span as this is a trussed building. The antique barn was used for sheep and chickens. Either can be retrofitted for horses or other livestock.
